Fox and Dahlia was one of five builders in the 2003 Pierce County Street of Dreams. Hosted annually by the Master Builders Association, the Street of Dreams showcases the latest innovations and ultimate luxuries in home building. Close to 50,000 visitors enjoyed the 2003 Street of Dreams.

Fox and Dahlia’s offering was
the lovely Terra Vista home, a Tuscan-inspired masterpiece with classical granite, cast stone, tile and hardwood floors. Visitors raved about the serene entry courtyard and a spacious patio perfect for entertaining—complete with breathtaking sunset vistas.

Inside the home, a top-notch master suite with fireplace, a gourmet kitchen with the latest appliances and the great room with romantic balconies drew “oohs” and “ahs” from visitors. From the hand-painted textured walls to the high-tech media room to the bathroom soaking tub, the Terra Vista was truly a showcase of Fox & Dahlia’s innovative building techniques.
