Founded in the early 1990s by Lyle and his wife, Vicky, Fox & Dahlia Homes has spent more than three decades shaping the landscape of the Puget Sound region with timeless craftsmanship and thoughtful design. What began as a small, family-owned operation has grown into one of the area’s most respected custom home builders, known for creating luxury homes that balance elegance, functionality, and the character of the Pacific Northwest.
Lyle’s deep-rooted passion for building began long before Fox & Dahlia Homes was established. With a professional background in surveying and an intimate understanding of the region’s terrain, he approached each project with precision, insight, and a genuine respect for the natural environment that defines the Northwest. His leadership extended beyond the job site as well—he served two terms as President of the Master Builders Association of Pierce County, reinforcing his reputation as a trusted figure in the local building community.
As the company evolved, so did its leadership. After years of collaboration with the Fox family, owner-builder Joshua Renich stepped into a central role, bringing a modern vision and a commitment to carrying the company’s legacy forward. Joshua’s hands-on experience, strategic approach, and dedication to communication have guided Fox & Dahlia into its next chapter. Under his direction, the company has expanded its capabilities while maintaining the craftsmanship, care, and client-first values that defined its beginnings.
